Registration/Set-Up:
Volunteer Roles: We will need three volunteers for registration - two to handle credit card transactions and one to manage cash. Additionally, two extra volunteers will assist with setup and directing attendees through the registration line. All necessary supplies and a checklist will be provided in a designated plastic tub for convenience and organization.
Silent Auction Set-Up:
Volunteer Roles: Three volunteers are needed for setting up all auction items and bid sheets. Supplies and a checklist will be conveniently stored in a designated bag for easy access.
Angel Ambassadors:
Volunteer Roles: We are seeking 20-40 volunteers to serve as Angel Ambassadors. Your task will be to place angel signs at our first location at High Country Harley Davidson. Before we ride out, you will pack up all signs and transport them to our first destination, a team captain will provide detailed instructions.
Sales:
Volunteer Roles: Two volunteers will handle sales of bandanas. All necessary supplies and a checklist will be provided in a designated plastic tub.
Raffle Ticket Sales:
Volunteer Roles: Two volunteers will be responsible for selling raffle tickets throughout the event, starting at registration and continuing until the end. Supplies and a checklist will be stored in a designated bag for easy access.
