I'll See You Tomorrow Toolkit

About the Pledge
The I'll See You Tomorrow pledge is a movement created to start the conversation around mental health and suicide prevention. It reminds us that it is okay when your brain is not feeling well, and it is always okay to reach out for help. This pledge is a promise of hope, a commitment to yourself and others that no matter how hard today feels, tomorrow is worth waiting for. By saying "I'll See You Tomorrow," we choose life, connection, and the belief that better days are possible.

  • Post your pledge on social media to spread awareness and encourage others to join.

2. Conversation Starters

  • "It's okay to not feel okay, can I sit with you?"
  • "You are not alone, I'm here for you."
